IBM Thinkpad A21M: Nach Speicherwechsel Probleme

Habe heute einen neuen Ram Speicher für mein
IBM Thinkpad A21M-- Intel Pentium III 750 MHz mit
Intel 440BX Chipsatz
Notebook

eingebaut.Hatte vorher 2x 64 MB PC100-cl3 speicher drin.hab jetzt einen 64er ausgebaut und meinen neuen 256MMB SD 133 cl3 eingebaut.
Nun steht jetzt jedes mal nach anschalten:

nur 64MB zu erkennen und
"serial presence detect SPD unnavailable-memory speed unknown
SPD is required for reliable operation with some memory configurationso you wish to attempt to boot at 100MHz bus speed?
Y/N

ich tippe auf Y(Z)und es kommt aber nix und alles bleibt so auf dem bildschirm.
weiss einer weiter??

klingt so, als käme er mit den 133 MHz nicht klar ?!

Memory
100 MHz, Non-parity, 64-bit SDRAM SO DIMM memory. Expandable to a maximum of 512 MB with 64, 128, or 256 MB DIMMs. Two internal slots are available for one extra memory module for customers who require a memory upgrade. The 64 MB card can be replaced with a 256 MB card and another 256 MB card added to the extra slot.

ja das denke ich auch.Werde den Speicher wieder bei Ebay loswerden.habe jetzt einen gekauft der genau für mein Thinkpad ist(laut beschreibung).Leider nur fast doppel so teuer....
