Tips- Set-up all your individual preferences on Windows and install some important regular tools (like WinRAR, Firefox, Adobe Reader, VLC Player, TuneUp Utlities 2010 etc.) and eventually use:
- Acronis True Image 2010 to create a backup-file (.tib) from the whole partition C: (I created a 37 GB partition for Windows and used around 20 GB of it, when I did the backup in the end. It fits on 2 DVD's (~7,5 GB) now!)

I recommend this guide for the Sony VAIO FW-Series with an ATI Graphic Card, 4 GB Ram, a BD-readonly Drive and some CPU similar to Core 2 Duo Pxxx. Otherwise you probably have to look for some individual Installers (e.g. Video or Chipset Drivers etc.).

Note: The VAIO Model I use is the
Sony VGN-FW21J!
Enjoy your new awesome system!
