vgn-s3hp Can^t recover the image Please help!!!

I bought an used laptop from ebay, but it doesn^t have the original windows installation. the image in the hidden drive is still there, but I can^t recover it because I don't have image recovery tool from sony. Anyone knows where can I download it from or is there another solution?

First, welcome to the forum!
Normally, you initiate the recovery process by pressing the F10 button right at the beginning, before Windows starts. At least I think it's F10, but it can be F11 or F12 too. Just try it! Then the recovery tool should start and ask you what you want to do.

HI,

should the recovery system work, then please made the recovery cds/dvds.
You could find the option under windows.
